Stage 1: Trial pits and verbal history suggested the ground was previously a land fill site, so it was decided to install the drainage using a robust trenchless machine which proved to be a good decision as the soil was littered with debris such as concrete blocks.

Stage 2: Install Perforated land drainage pipe to BS4902 and back fill with both gravel and sand to the surface

Stage 3: Comprehensive drainage using laterals at 5m intervals

Stage 4: Level topsoil, remove stones & create smooth surface

Stage 5: Seed with sports turf mix
